Our experienced craftspeople will sharpen (repair) your scissors.
It is always necessary to sharpen and adjust scissors. Cutting with dull scissors can lead to a slower work pace, split ends, and bad cutting technique. By periodically having your scissors sharpened (repaired), you can continue using them for a longer time. Sharpening scissors is not a simple task however.
A craftsperson familiar with scissors can achieve a sharpness which is close to their original condition, allowing you to work with them much better.
If someone unfamiliar with scissors sharpens them, there is a risk that they may alter their shape and cutting edge further away from the original condition.
We can sharpen your scissors for you.
However, we are unable to sharpen scissors made by other companies as they use unique parts such as the screw, so we will return these.

Our company strives to deliver your important scissors back to you as soon as we can.
As soon as your scissors arrive with us, we’ll have them sharpened and sent back out within five working days.

① Please carefully pack the scissors by wrapping them in a towel or inserting them into a case.
② Send them to the following address:

③ Your scissors arrive
④ Sharpening (Repairs)
⑤ Sharpening (Repairs) completed
⑥ Return of your scissors to you

Repair fees will be charged in the following cases:
◾︎ Sharpening worn or exhausted blades
◾︎ Damages caused by improper use and careless acts such as dropping the product
◾︎ Damages caused by improper repairs and remodeling
◾︎Damages caused by external factors such as fire, wind, flooding, earthquake, other natural disasters, pollution, and salt damage
